Joseph Robert Healey passed peacefully at Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA on January 15, 2022. He was 74. Joseph was born and grew up in the north end of East Hartford. He made his home in Orange County, CA. He graduated from East Hartford High School in 1965 and joined the USMC in 1966 through 1968. Joseph went on to pursue higher education, earning his Ph.D. and made his career as an …
