The last visit I made with my family to visit big Joe was in 2010. We spended a few days with him. One day we were all together in a restaurant for dinner. I don't remember what we eated but Joe ordered a small bottle of milk with a strew. During the dinner he tried to drink his milk with his strew. The milk never came to his mouth!  After a few moments my son Axel started laughing.  He told he made a small hole in Joe's strew.  I told it to Joe and he look at my son and said : " You are the same rascal as your father was at your age!" . That' s one of alote of story's I remember with him.

Bob and I were both shocked and saddened at Joe's passing! He was a wonderful man and a great neighbor. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
