Joseph was born on August 31, 1960 to [Ralph Fitzgerald and the late Ann E Fitzgerald (Young) in Milwaukee, WI.
To anyone who knew Joe, they knew he was a baker. Joe was a baker starting in high school working at Dunkin Donuts in Wheaton Illinois. He made it his life’s vocation. Joe owned Dougan’s Bakery on Oakland Ave in Milwaukee from 1988 to 1993. He …
