Joe was born in his family’s home in Graham, Oklahoma to Floyd and Fanny aka Paul Byrd. Joe proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War after which he worked many jobs most of them consisted of driving some kind of truck. He met the love of his life Billye Sue Asbery later in life and the two of them married on December 31, 2002 after several years together. They were extremely happy …
