My father-

Well, he lived a full life.

I am sad of his passing;, because I will miss talking with him, and hearing his voice.

Joseph Anthony Butta- my father……taught me everything…..from how to talk to people, to….how to tighten a screw!! Lol

I am not quite sure on how my father would have wanted to be remembered.??

If I had  to guess…???   I would say it was his humor and his calmness…no matter how hard life can get.

Those things, that my father had instilled in me, will last a lifetime. I am forever grateful for that.

RIP DAD🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Dear Joe,

We always had good times together.  I miss speaking with you on the phone.  I miss laughing with you.  I miss reminiscing about the past with you.  I’m glad you loved all the cookies I always sent to you.

May you rest in peace. We will see each other in Heaven.

Love your sister Alice

I always had a special relationship with Uncle Joe ever since I was a baby. He was a huge part of our lives. He was my mom’s best friend and my brother Mark’s Godfather. We shared so many holidays, barbeques, and special occasions. He was kind, funny, and a great story teller. We will all miss him dearly but I know he’s up in Heaven having a party with our grandparents, my dad, Uncle Ralph, Uncle Ernie, and Aunt Shirley.

Love Diane and Michael

I remember a beautiful baby with the bluest eyes, curly blond hair, and a sunny smile. I would put him on my lap and play with his beautiful curls. He would hug me and put his chubby face next to mine. I adored him. Lest we not forget his sense of humor, that was affected by everyone. You could not stay in the room with him without laughing. I also remember I borrowed his sailor suit to enter a Halloween contest. I came in 3rd and won a bouquet of flowers. These are just a few memories to name. So to my dearest brother Rest in Peace. We will meet again (wherever) and have a blast !!!. Affectionately and oldest sister Nancy♥️ Love from Anthony, Roseann and grandson Joseph

Joey - you were like a big brother to me and Tom. So many great times to remember. Rest In Peace 🙏

My dearest father was a kind man who cared so much about his family. He was so loving and had always taken the time to talk on the phone, visit and spend time. Tons of laughs and good times as well! We traveled often and explored life with a passion.

During his later years we talked all the time about so many things in life including how to beat cancer. I will always remember his courage, strength, inspiration, gentle kindness and understanding. Until we meet again. Love your daughter, Lynn
