Joseph  A Serbinski  AKA The Limo Man passed on to heavens highway  on 9-9-2024 with his loving wife Linnea by his  side.  Joe was born 5-17-1949 in Chicago. I'll. He graduated a merit scholar  from Elgin High School and shortly thereafter was drafted into the army by  Richard Millhouse  Nixon. After  serving  his term in the service he went on to college where he studied  geology.  Joe was always a gifted salesman, it has been said he could sell a snake it's own skin. He went to work for Sunoco and traveled extensively  for years before starting his own business  as The Limo Man in the Chicagoland  area. 

  Joe had an avid love of nature that began when he spent his childhood  summers with his Grandma Cary in the Arkansas  woods. He was a Hawkeye at spotting things in  nature  and a sharp shooter with a sling shot or a  gun. In 2018 Joe and his wife  Linnea  retired to a cottage in the woods  near Knoxville  Tn where he enjoyed 4 wheeling fishing and bird watching.  He had a life long love of nature and a deep  respect for  God. He always kept current on world affairs and  enjoyed  a good debate on politics.   He was an unappologetic old school guy. He had a firm belief in discipline  and hard work. Guys like Joe  were few and far between. He will be sorely  missed. 

He is survived by his 3 sons Justin, Michael  and Joseph P. And 3  step daughters Tiffang , Maggie and Samantha  and 14 grandchildren.
