Joseph A Serbinski AKA The Limo Man passed on to heavens highway on 9-9-2024 with his loving wife Linnea by his side. Joe was born 5-17-1949 in Chicago. I'll. He graduated a merit scholar from Elgin High School and shortly thereafter was drafted into the army by Richard Millhouse Nixon. After serving his term in the service he went on to college where he studied geology. Joe was always a gifted salesman, it has been …
