Jon "Jonny" Tracy Magnussen, age 59, passed away on October 10, 2022 in Liberia, Costa Rica. Jonny was born in the twin cities to John and Mary Ann (Nyland) Magnussen on January 17, 1963. Jonny was an avid animal lover, and seemed to befriend every dog he met. He also loved live music and spent much of his free time at local shows.
