John H. Rice of Oakville, IA passed away unexpectedly October 12,2019, at Great River Hospice House in West Burlington, IA.
John was born April 13, 1950, To Harold and Mildred Loper Rice. John attended Mediapolis Schools.
John married Paula Steele in 1968. They had three children, Johnnie (Carl) Thomson, Michael (Suzanne) Rice, Heidi Orton. Paula and John were later divorced.
