To Lorraine, Jaime, Michael, and Lee: My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to all. John fought a valiant battle throughout his illness, and his loss has left a huge void. You are now free of pain and have joined all of your loved ones gone before you. You are missed very much! Using your words to Jimmy K. prior to his passing, "I'll see you on the other side."
