John Dennis Koch Sr was born on May 30, 1943. He passed away in Puyallup, WA on September 12, 2019. He is survived by his wife Linda and his four children & their spouses: Laura (Eric) , John Jr (Marie) , Lisa (Shondel) , & April (Shane) & his sister Shirley. He has 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
