I was in sixth grade with John at Benjamin Franklin Elementary in Monessen, Pa. He was a great kid, and I’m not surprised to see that he grew up to be a patriotic Marine veteran and beloved family man. Rest in peace, John.

We are so sorry for your loss. John was such a kind and funny man. He definitely enjoyed making you smile and giggle or make you think... by providing some unique interesting tidbit of information. He (& Carol & the boys) fought a hard battle the last few years with his health. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all his family. - Love and condolences from all the Virginia Perecko cousins.
