John - I will miss you dearly. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and life experiences we’ve shared together from living together to being my wedding weekend MVP. You helped me grow as a person and you were always there for me when I needed you. I am extremely saddened by your loss of life however I will continue to remember you and your legacy for the rest of my time here on earth. Rest peacefully my brother. Also, sorry for sharing all these shirtless pics but it seemed like half of our time together in life was shirtless so it’s only fitting. Love you and kisses and hugs J-mo.

I have many happy memories of John from high school. Football games and going out to eat with friends. I remember him bringing the boys lacrosse team over to girls lacrosse games on the stadium field to cheer us on. Years after high school, when I was working in DC John surprised me by visiting me at my office on the Hill. I was so excited to see him. John had a beautiful spirit, and he will be missed by everyone who knew him.
