John Everett Sloan, age 62, passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 30, 2024 after a brief, but painful battle with cancer.
John was born on July 11, 1962 in Jacksonville, Florida. He remained in Jacksonville his entire life. During his senior year in high school, John joined the Florida Air National Guard. After graduation, he went to boot camp at Lackland Air Force base in Texas and then immediately went to tech school …
