I met Erik through work back in 2016. Always enjoyed working together and several times a year would get together either in New Hampshire or Mass to try some   good Beer and food.  In August 2023 Erik was a great support to me after my mum living in UK passed away.  We met  up in the fall of that year.  I will always remember  saying goodbye to Erik in Andover wishing each other the best for the holidays.  At the time he was telling me how proud  he was of his son who had gone off to Uni  and it would not be that long until his daughter followed

In the spring of 2024 I tried to catch up several times but was very upset to learn that  not long after  I had last seen Erik he had become ill and subsequently passed away.  I miss Erik , the laughs we had talking about his dad’s flying days and of course Erik’s own experiences.  

To the Zembeck family , I miss Erik but it cannot compare to what you are feeling.  I am truly sorry for your loss.  The world has lost a good one !
