My deepest sympathies to you Peg, and John’s family. Ever since I was a young boy I always loved to fish for trout. John would take me up to beach pond and show me some of his secrets as he was very good. You never forget a kindness when you were a kid. I grew older and always would seek John out as his wisdom and experience were life lessons to me. I often ran into him in the forest where he was often found in a state truck. I’ll miss his long conversations. I haven’t seen him as covid kept us away from everything and everyone. God bless , until we meet again. I’ll bring the Lucky’s.

Dear Patrick,

Your dad was such a good man. Both my girls loved him as a teacher and Laura loved him later in life as a dear friend. My heart and prayers go out to you.

As hard as this loss is for you, you were so blessed to have each other for so many years.

Our hearts are with all of you as you remember and honor John. As a teacher, a Friend and a neighbor John was always ready to help. He will be greatly missed by the community and especially by those of us lucky enough to call him "friend".
