Obituary
Dr. John Berry Ashe, 88, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away on July 16, 2019 while attempting to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.
John was born in Monroe, Louisiana to Claude Sr. and Margaret Ruth (Berry) Ashe on December 31, 1930. He served in the Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. John graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 1956 and earned PhDs in Physics and Mathematics …
