John Acton IV, peacefully passed away at the age of 57 on July 29, 2023. He was born in Rhode Island grew up in Massachusetts but has been residing in Florida for the last 14 years. John was a devoted and loving husband and father to his wife Renee and his daughter Ashley. John will be remembered by his loving mother Maureen Lyons and partner Les Miller, sister Tammy Huling and her husband Jeff, niece Katelyn Acton, and his furry companion Fenway.

John made an impact in every person that interacted with in his life. Most friends have turned into family and he would always make sure at the end of the day , everyone else was ok and taken care of. John Acton IV, was the Utilities Assistant Director of Operations and Maintenance at Palm Beach County Water Utilities. John was former military, he was a Black Hawk Helicopter Crew Chief , also worked as a guard at the ACI, and a Printer at a Federated Litho in Rhode Island.

John had many hobbies throughout his life including scuba diving , marksman, but his favorite was riding his Victory Motorcycle .

We will be holding a celebration of life for John , for friends and family to come together just like he would like, to reminisce on the good memories that everyone has made with him.
