Joseph Tiano, 64, of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2020. Born September 4, 1956, Joe was the son of the late Felix 'Duke' Tiano and the late Barbara Tiano. A life long resident of Chattanooga, he was a member of both Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and St. Jude Catholic Church. Joe was a 1974 graduate of The Baylor School.
