Joel miss you so much! Superbowl coming up and know that you loved it.  This year the 49ers might make it and we will root for them and you if they do!  Love you and miss you and the hole that you left us all is never going to ever be filled.  You are and were so loved by everyone.  God bless you!

I’m so sorry Joel that u left us. I had a special bond with u because you were the closest in age to me. We were both born on the same army base in Forthood, Tx and I tried eating your head as babies lol. I hope u rest in piece. I love you to the moon and back. Until we meet again 💕

We are shocked beyond to hear of the passing of Joel. Keith has fond memories of summers together along the coast with his cousins. We wish we could be there with everyone and are sending prayers. Joel is watching over as a guardian angel. God Bless and many hugs to everyone!

Joel, you are an awesome cuz! So sorry for your departure but I know you have a lasting impression on everyone that was fortunate to have known you. You always had a tendency to make the family gatherings a great time, always someone to look up to, and just plain out a funny dude! It’s hard to say goodbye this way. Rest In Peace cuz

Joel was my first cousin once removed. His father Tommy was my first cousin. Our families rarely crossed as I moved to California in 1975. Thus Joel was unfortunately little known to me except for the rare meeting at a momentous family events such as a wedding or a funeral. My lasting impression will be of a tall sweet handsome and somewhat shy young man who took the time when needed to be with and support his family.
