Joe Middlebrooks was born July 08, 1945, in Ocilla Georgia to the late Gilbert Middlebrooks and the late Blanche Middlebrooks.
On June 19, 1963, he graduated from Ocilla High and Industrial School, located in Georgia. He became part of the Great Migration as he pursued a new life in San Francisco, California with his late brother Rhubinell Middlebrooks and his late wife Rubye Lea Davis-Middlebrooks.
