We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved mother, Jocelyn Meneses Angeles, 81, of Bakersfield, CA, who left us on March 12, 2022.
Jocelyn, was born on February 2, 1941 to Jaime Luis B. Meneses and Aurelia Meneses-Anden. She graduated from Centro Escobar University in Manila, Philippines on April 24, 1964 where she received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Botany.
