I knew Joanne for a long time working at the hospital. its hard to believe seeing her pic.

My condolences to her family.

Rich Grunner

Joanne was one of the first individuals I met when I joined Northwell nearly 11 years ago. I was nervous as it was during a large event and her kindness and laughter made me feel as if I had been part of the health system for years. She was a very special person and made working with her a joy. Her smile and bubbly personality will be missed tremendously.

My deepest condolences to her family during this difficult times.

I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work under Joanne's leadership over the past couple years. She made me feel like I was part of the family from day one. Her energy and positivity were infectious and I’ve always thought of her as our Momma bear. Joanne led by walking with us, caring about our ability to thrive and about us as people. I will miss her very much.

My condolences to the Pino family.

I pray for the repose of Joanne's soul and may God grant comfort to all who grieve.

Knew Joanne for over 20 years.  I remember seeing her at the Pot Luck Lunch in Melville.  I saw her from down the hallway, when I got up to her I said "I thought that was a Pino sighting".  She will be missed.

Deepest condolences.  May she R.I.P.

I knew Joanne over 20 years working at LIJ and then we carried on to Northwell. Joanne was always a blast to speak to and joke around with when we had the time chat. She had may qualities but one in particular was, she had a big heart and went out of her way to help all.

Rest in eternal peace Joanne

I joined Northwell 9 years ago, which was the first time I met Joanne.  She immediately introduced herself, shared her history with the health system and extended her hand offering assistance with anything I may need.   Joanne's energy, optimism and 'we got this' attitude/outlook was contagious and unrelenting.  Her authenticity and genuineness drew you in and immediately made you feel comfortable and welcome.  Oh, how we all will miss this.... rest in eternal peace Joanne; you will be missed more than words can ever express.   To the Pino family, please accept my deepest condolences and prayers during this difficult time.  God bless.
