JoAnn Stevens Baily, 83, of Merced, California passed away at home on July 17, 2025. Born in Stockton, Ca on November 23, 1941 JoAnn brought warmth and joy to those around her for nearly eight decades.
JoAnn grew up in Linden, Ca where she attended school and was active in 4H and Rainbow Girls. A Passionate educator, JoAnn earned her B.A. from Sacramento State. She then spent more than 40 years teaching and impacting the …
