On August 26, 2025, our beloved Joan Margaret Palliser passed away surrounded by family. Born in Germany in 1936 when her parents were visiting her ailing Oma, she grew up in Edmonton Alberta, and met her husband William (Bill) on a blind date because she loved to dance. She was trained as a Radiological (xray) Technician in 1957, working at Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton. Joan and Bill married in Alberta in 1958 and moved to …
