It is with heavy hearts that we announced the passing of Joan M. Tottingham, who peacefully left this world on October 30, 2023, in her 87th year to be reunited after 20 years apart, with the love of her life, her predeceased husband, James C. Tottingham.

Born on August 20, 1936, she was the fifth of eight children born to "Willis" and “Susie” Waterhouse in Harden, Montana. The family moved to Yakima Valley in 1949 …
