Jerome W. "Jerry" Kolata
Jerome W. Kolata, affectionately known as Jerry, found peace at the age of 67 on September 24, 2025, with his four children by his side - Stephanie (Paul) Moran, Danielle (partner Nate Kulis), Jason (Illana) and Brandon (partner Paige Gnas). He is also survived by his five grandchildren - Charlotte, Jackson and Evelyn Moran and Theodore and Ridley Kolata-Kulis, his brother Stephen (Doreen), and his former wife, Ann. Jerry had a great appreciation for music and could play many instruments, having been a member of a number of local bands in the 1980s and 1990s. He loved his family, as well as movies, sunny days, and sports. A private family gathering was held.
