Jerome W. Kolata, affectionately known as Jerry, found peace at the age of 67 on September 24, 2025, with his four children by his side - Stephanie (Paul) Moran, Danielle (partner Nate Kulis), Jason (Illana) and Brandon (partner Paige Gnas).
