Jennifer E. (Rio) Ruddle, 45, passed away December 21st from complications due to colorectal cancer.
She was born in Bronxville, New York in 1976 and moved to Arizona in 1990.
Jennifer was a popular Arizona actress and model, appearing in countless area theatre productions, as well as film roles, TV and print ads. A regular in the beauty pageant circuit in her youth, Jennifer returned to pageantry after her cancer diagnosis. With colorectal cancer awareness …
