Jennifer's obituary
Jennifer E. (Rio) Ruddle, 45, passed away December 21st from complications due to colorectal cancer.
She was born in Bronxville, New York in 1976 and moved to Arizona in 1990.
Jennifer was a popular Arizona actress and model, appearing in countless area theatre productions, as well as film roles, TV and print ads. A regular in the beauty pageant circuit in her youth, Jennifer returned to pageantry after her cancer diagnosis. With colorectal cancer awareness and early screening as her platform, she was crowned United States of America Mrs. Arizona in 2020 and served with pride and distinction. Jennifer served in various capacities with the Colorectal Cancer Alliance and The Joy Bus, providing support and meals to others going through their own cancer journey.
Jennifer is survived by her husband Brian; father and step mother, John and Donna Rio; mother, Carol; brother, Ken Linehan; sister, Kelly Misturak; Aunt, Uncle and Cousins, the Trivella family in Thornwood, New York; and a multitude of allies and friends.
