Becoming friends with Rebecca in high school came with an unexpected bonus named Jen. She had the ability to make me laugh thirty seconds after walking into her house in Petaluma. I’ll never forget her bubbly laugh and mischievous smile. Thank you Jen for giving all of us joyful memories. And don’t worry, I’ll make sure to tease your sister about her hair. ❤️

Hey Little Sis-- really? Is this how it's gonna go down?? Sights, sounds. smells, songs, everywhere reminding us of you? You continue to light up a room, Kid, and everyone knows it.
All 275,451 of your friends have reached out, sending hugs and well wishes and sharing memories and stories. My child has been wearing rainbow sequins every day for the past three weeks, and now tries for a "backwards dinner" every chance she gets. Apparently her Auntie told her that she could have "dessert first" every time you were around, and you're everywhere now, so guess what that means?

We will forever be wrapped in cozy blankets and wear your favorite color orange, in your honor. We will forever have good hair in your honor. (Actually, the minute I learned you had left us, I instinctively jumped in the shower, got out and gave myself the perfect blowout...in the middle of the night, because I know how important it is to you to have good hair). We will forever sing at the top of our lungs, in your honor.
You know I'll take care of Mom, and you also know I'll ensure that everyone parties their asses off in your honor because that's how you roll and we understand each other.

Give Dad a kiss for me and please try to behave. Seriously, try not to get us ALL into trouble up there.
Rest in peace, and raise hell, sister.
Your candle burned out long before your legend ever will.

I worked with Jen when I moved to Denver from St. Louis in 2011. I knew barely anyone in Denver and Jen quickly became a friend. I will treasure the memories of our times together. She was one of the most open and big hearted people I’ve ever known. She was loved by many. Rest In Peace, my sweet beautiful friend.

I loved my Auntie. She was a weird person, but always had a big heart. She had many jokes to tell and was very sweet. She would always make me laugh and she could make you smile in a second. I love you Auntie Jen.
