Obituary
Jennifer Conklin passed away on the morning of February 8th, 2021 at the age of 36. She was a long-term resident in a supportive group home for special needs in New Windsor, New York.

Her group home will be setting up a bench and garden in memory of Jennifer. They will also be planning a memorial at her group home for her mother, housemates and all the people that Jennifer's life touched.
