Jennifer Conklin passed away on the morning of February 8th, 2021 at the age of 36. She was a long-term resident in a supportive group home for special needs in New Windsor, New York.

Jennifer was an avid fan of anything Disney and sharing that love of Disney with others. Jennifer loved unconditionally and adored being around others. During her time in the supportive group home, she had developed many long-lasting relationships with her housemates and a special bond with her long-term caregiver, Tracy.

Jennifer is survived by her mother, Nellie, her brother Jim and sister Doreen as well as her nieces, Melissa, Cassandra and Riley.

Special thanks to the staff of the supportive group home for providing a loving and safe place for Jennifer to thrive in. Also, would like to include a special thanks to Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall hospital staff for providing the care Jennifer needed during her battle with CoVid-19.

We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
