Jeff loved my son💕. He loved my son in so many of the wholesome ways that a man can love and guide a boy into his own manhood. I will be forever grateful. Rest In Peace, Jeff. Â
Some of my favorite memories with grandpa were going camping at riffe lake and fishing with him, even though I never caught a fish but any fish he caught he let me tell everyone I caught it. Making s'mores  in the microwave because it was too late for a fire. Him cutting up potatoes and always calling me into the kitchen for a piece of it. Him always buying ice cream sandwiches and fudgesicles, and getting to go out to the garage and get them even though grandma said no more sweets lol. When I lived with him he used to make me breakfast every morning, we had honey comb cereal all the time. His breakfast pie was the best and I always asked him to make it and without hesitation he always had it ready when I got to his house. Him teaching me how to drive, always pulling over and letting me sit on his lap to drive down the road to the house. Everything was my favorite with him, he was always so happy to do anything I wanted, he is and always will be the best grandpa.Â
One of my favorite memories is waking up early and going to the store with my dad on the weekend just me and him. We would go get stuff to make breakfast for everyone. Usually for ham and cheese omelettes. He taught me to cook at a very young age. He could throw anything in a pan and it would come out delicious! He gave me my love of cooking and the trust in myself to know flavor. I will forever be grateful for that and hold those young memories close.
