Jeffrey “Jeff” D. Lapachinski, 41, of Leominster and Tewksbury died peacefully at home on Thursday, August 1, 2024. He was born in Greenfield on February 23, 1983, the son of Frank and Terry (O’Connor) Lapachinski.
Jeff attended local schools; Colrain Central School, Mohawk Middle School and was a graduate of Turners Falls High School Class of 2001. He met Kristen in 2012 while working in banking and residing in Reading, MA. They welcomed their son …
