Jeffrey Scott Hammer, 63, was born on January 13th, 1962 in Dell Rapids, South Dakota to Merlin and Julaine “Julie” Hammer. Jeff earned his wings on August 31st, 2025 at his home in Lakewood, Colorado surrounded by the love of his family.
Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, Merlin and Julie Hammer and grandson, Odin Hammer. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathryn “Kathy”of 42 years whom he married in 1983. It …
