Jeff's obituary

Jeffery Owen Cowart, 74, of Puyallup, WA, passed away on March 23, 2021, after a long battle with polycystic kidney disease.

Jeff was born January, 1947, to Mary and Leeowen Cowart in Jacksonville, Florida. After high school, Jeff joined the US Navy in 1963, and served 9 years as a communications technician during Vietnam.

In 1968, he met Antonina and they wed April 20, 1968, going on to have two children, Jensen, born 1986, and Brittaney, born 1988.

Jeff and Ann moved across country in 1988 to Seattle, Washington, to start a shipping and mailing supply company with their good friends Andy and Becky, successfully supporting their families for over 30 years.

Jeff was predeceased by his mother Mary, father Leeowen, brother Richard, and sister Claudia. He is survived by his wife Ann, son Jensen, daughter Brittaney, and 3 grandchildren, Rylee, Ronan, and Rosalyn.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Jeff Cowart Memorial fund set up through the PKD Foundation to help research a cure for polycystic kidney disease.
