Jeffery Owen Cowart, 74, of Puyallup, WA, passed away on March 23, 2021, after a long battle with polycystic kidney disease.
Jeff was born January, 1947, to Mary and Leeowen Cowart in Jacksonville, Florida. After high school, Jeff joined the US Navy in 1963, and served 9 years as a communications technician during Vietnam.
In 1968, he met Antonina and they wed April 20, 1968, going on to have two children, Jensen, born 1986, and …
