Jean Marie Lauretti, 71, of Bedford, NH, passed away on December 9, 2023 following decades of multiple sclerosis pain and symptom management, and most recently a crippling ALS diagnosis.
In the Spring of 2023, Jean was diagnosed with Bulbar ALS, a very rare and fast-progressing form of ALS. Jean braved all of her Bulbar ALS symptoms with little intervention, and it was her wish to not prolong the disease progression with anything, but her independence. …
