Tuesday August 22 2023, Jay F. Steele (63) passed away from cancer. Born February 22 1960 to Don and Shirley Steele in Kent Washington. Jay was the middle child of his brothers Lance and Jesse. He had two beloved daughters Samantha and Anne.
