Obituary
Jay Warren Hughes passed away on October 22, 2025 at the age of 87. He was born in East Orange, New Jersey on March 15, 1938 to Walter and Eveline(Weekes) Hughes. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Brown Hughes. He has chosen cremation by the Neptune Society and he will be memorialized in the Wall at the National Cemetery in Plano, TX. He served in the U.S. Army before going to college …
