Obituary
Janis Lee Stephens, 87, of Burney, CA, passed away peacefully on April 4th, 2023 after a short stay at Mayers Memorial Hospital in Fall River Mills, CA. Janis had been a resident of the long term care facility there since late 2022.
Janis was born in 1936 in Westwood, CA and was raised in Northern California. After Janis graduated from Eureka High School in Eureka, CA, she went on to marry Herold Stephens, Jr. They …
