BBnJ was the Mic Tester for Novice Quartet Contest the year after we won. Our Bass Babette was in Germany so Ellen (Totleben) stood in for her. We sang "The Cupcake Song." Our plan was to gift the cupcakes to the judges, but I had a technical issue with my cupcake. I swear it was unplanned. But in typical fashion, Janice cracked up!

I will miss Janice's sparkling voice, her supportive nature, and her caring personality.  She is someone who was admired for just being herself.
