Born in Winnsboro, South Carolina on November 18, 1949, Janet was the first daughter of the late Rebecca Starnes Wegner, of North Augusta, South Carolina and James Buice, of Williston, South Carolina. She left behind beloved siblings, Tim Buice (Sallie) and James (Pop) Buice, Jr. (Laura) and was predeceased …
