Janet Denise (Lay) Mendenhall, 67, of Fenton, Missouri, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, February 6, 2023.
She was born November 3, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri, daughter of the late Billy and Mary (Cole) Lay.
Janet attended Hillsboro High School and Jefferson College in Hillsboro, Missouri where she earned an Associate Degree in HVAC science. After an array of career fields, Janet retired in 2013 and pursued her hobbies …
