James Wilbur Chavis SR, of Charleston, S.C entered into eternal rest on 10/17/24 at Culpepper Health and Rehab in VA. He was born October 25, 1942, in Leesville, S.C to Mildred and Wilbur Chavis. He was a lifelong resident of Johns Island, S.C and moved to VA with his oldest daughter Joanna 8 years ago. He was a retired construction subcontractor.
