Mr. Parker Waller, age 59, of Vidalia, died Wednesday, March 14, 2018, in the Cedar Plantation in Metter, after an extended illness. He was a lifelong resident of Vidalia, and was a 1976 graduate of Vidalia Comprehensive High School. He retired from Georgia Power after twenty-eight years, and was a U.S. Army veteran.
