He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Debbie Wales, his children, Chris Wales, Shannon Baker, Deven Lyons, Tamara Wales, and his 7 grandchildren. Jim was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and grew up in Downey, California. He moved to the Coachella Valley in his twenties, where he met his wife, Debbie, and owned a pool business. …
