James "ROD" Summerford, 68, of Yorktown, VA passed away peacefully on June 30, 2022, after a long battle with heart disease. James grew up in Newport News, VA. He loved watching the Pittsburg Steelers and Nascar. He worked at Colonial Williamsburg for 25 years years and 15 years for Daily Press.
