Schooley's Mountain, NJ - The early years
Beginning from their preschool attendance up to right now, Justin (our son) and Jamey were lifelong friends.  Our memories are are of them running back and forth across Pleasant Grove Rd. between swimming pools in the summer, and Justin saying, "I'm going over to Jame's house" which was so often it wasn't even a request....just life with Jamey.  Jamey was always "Jamey" to us, and "Jame" to Justin.  We saw him at Justin's wedding in NC and again with his beautiful family when they came to visit Justin and his family, just a few years back.  Although he wasn't in our immediate lives, Justin would keep us updated on "what's new with Jamey?"  We are all sad beyond words that he has left us.  As the poem by Flavia Weedn goes, "Some people come into our lives and quickly go.....they stay in our lives for a while, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never ever the same."  Thank you for the footprints, Jamey.
Jim was such an integral part of the extended Sutton family.  We'll miss him a lot, especially fellow out-law Rod.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Jeanne, the boys, the Gills and the Almquists.

One of many great memories that we had thru scouting.
Jim did so much for me as a kid in Scouts. He constantly welcomed me in his home, and long after I moved away was there for me to confide in. I called him for professional advice, I told him about the life I was building, and thought of him as a lifelong friend. I will miss you terribly and treasure the time I spent with you and your family for the rest of my life.
